Presented alongside the sound work La prophétie est une mémoire, this film explores the construction of myth through artificial intelligence.

 

Archival images and library interiors merge with AI-generated visions, evoking the migration of human knowledge into a digital consciousness.

 

Synthetic figures consume plastic in an endless mukbang*, eating without end, never full.

This feast reflects the contemporary world: saturated, desensitised, and continuing to consume plastic as a form of unconscious communion.

 

Here, Mona Young-eun Kim departs from the conventional integration of sound and moving image, vision and prophecy, asserting the autonomy of each medium.
